About Us
Garth Stonier:
Garth Stonier's background brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Online Education, Project Management and Internet Delivery. Prior to joining Respect Group Inc. Garth managed the creation of online multi-media projects for numerous companies including Shell Canada, Petro-Canada, HP, The Conference Board of Canada, Canadian Pacific Railway, Canadian Utilities, ConocoPhillips, Encana, The Canadian Parks and Recreation Association, Hockey Canada, and the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport. Garth is now responsible for all Respect Group Inc. implementations, overseeing technical operations and ensuring the highest standard in customer service.
Roland Vidal:
Roland Vidal has extensive expertise in Project Management, Business Process Re-Engineering, and Computer Systems Training and Deployment for the Telecom and Trucking Industries in North America and Europe. Roland brings his knowledge and high personal sense of values as a parent, coach and former college/high school physical education teacher to Respect Group Inc. to further the organizations main objectives: helping school leaders, business leaders, coaches and parents develop safe and respectful environments for the youth, men and women they interact with.
Holly Abraham:
Holly Abraham has played many roles in sport over the past 25 years. This has enabled Holly to have a unique understanding of the sport and recreation system in Ontario and Canada. Her background includes being a participant, coach, international judge, volunteer board member and Chief Executive Officer of Gymnastics Ontario. Holly has taught coaching courses internationally and domestically including the National Coaching Certification Program and the Academy program for Aerobic Gymnastics with the International Gymnastics Federation.
Holly has been a board member of Gymnastics Ontario and the Sport Alliance of Ontario. Holly has been a member of the Canadian Olympic Committee since 2004.
Throughout all of these experiences in sport, Holly has seen a growing need for education of all sectors of sport including the parents, and she looks forward to assisting Respect Group Inc change the sport culture to be more respectful and harassment free for all.
Yufei (Joey) Ren:
Joey describes himself with the use of three words; "I'm a geek".
Born and raised in Chongqing, China, Joey then graduating from the Southern Alberta Institute of technology with honours in Computer Technology emphasizing Information Systems. Yufei (Joey) brings a wealth of talent and enthusiasm to Respect Group as Senior Technical Developer. Joey's thorough understanding of database development combined with his recognition of the important relationship between business processes and technology, has advanced RGI's ability to adapt programs and systems to suit the needs of Respect Group and its' clients. Joey has a passion for technology and when not working on computers to further the business interests of RGI, he can frequently be found online playing Internet-based role-playing-games and reading technical manuals. Yes, people do actually read those.
Kylee Evans-O'Reilly:
Kylee brings strong customer service skills and marketing experience to the forefront in her role with RGI. Having worked with many technical programs, she hopes to make the Respect experience as rewarding as possible for all participants and the individuals they interact with. As a parent with young childen about to enter into sports and school, the issues of bullying, harrasment and abuse could not be more topical or relevant to her. Kylee looks forward to helping create safe and respectful sport, education and workplace environments for all.
